We have now wrapped production on Intruder, our short film entry into the My RØDE Reel film festival!  There were times when we thought we were too exhausted to continue but we pressed on anyway, and I’m thrilled with the results thus-far.  We’re very excited to see how it looks when it’s finally complete, but for now we have to get tucked into the post-production phase of development.  That means choosing all the shots we like and putting them in a timeline with all the timing and transitions tweaked to perfection, colour grading the film to make it look even better, recording all the foley sounds for the film and some quick dialogue, and last but certainly not least, getting the soundtrack put together.  It’s going to be a bit of a longer process to be sure, but it will be worth it.  Once that’s complete it will be time to enter it into the festival and hope the judges and the audience like it!  We will keep you updated on the post-production process as we start it, and of course we’ll post the link to the film once we get it uploaded to the web.

Now I’m going to bring this up again later, but here’s fair warning!  Part of the competition of this festival relies on our audience voting for our film on the official website.  We’ll post a link to our project once it’s up and send you on over to vote for us, but for now go ahead and take a look at some of last year’s winners to see what we’re up against.

Thanks for keeping up with us or even taking the time to come back and read this after seeing the film, we really appreciate it!  Check back later for more updates.
